A simple application designed to capture your fullscreen, selected window or selected screen region in WMV or AVI file formats. You can select video codecs and the framerate for video recording. You can also capture audio while recording screen video.

Pluses: You can broadcast offline videos over Yahoo! or MSN Messenger. You can even broadcast a movie on all the messengers at the same time.

Drawbacks / flaws: A bit difficult to handle, as the interface is not extremely user friendly designed.

In conclusion: Not an extremely useful application regarding the offline video broadcasting, since usually people using instant messaging applications do it with the intention of getting live feeds from their chatting partners.
